The δH68A mutation does not change the Zn2+ sensitivity of α4β3δ receptors expressed in oocytes

Zn2+ sensitivity of agonist (e.g., 300 nM GABA) evoked currents was evaluated at 0.1, 1, and 10 μM Zn2+ and data are percent current block with standard deviations. Statistical analysis, with P values calculated using the Student's t test, shows that there is no significant difference in Zn2+ block at all three Zn2+ concentrations tested.
