Designations of IgE variable regions and the colour codes correspond to those in the Supplemental Figure 1. The first letter indicates the patient (B, D, H) and the time point of blood sampling is identified by the second number (1, 2, 3: May 2002; 4: August 2002; 8, 9: May 2005).
