Bias was within 15% of the nominal value at all concentration levels. For the precision experiments, the RSD results were lower than 15% at all concentration levels.

If the ‘mean square between groups’ < ‘mean square within groups’, the RSD is set ‘0’. The mean squares are obtained from the analysis of variance-table [27].
