L2-stage larvae animals were heat stressed for 1 h at 36°C. The exposed metal concentrations were 50 and 100 µM. To evaluate the stress response, significant induction of hsp-16.2::gfp expression (50% of a population, above the line) was observed in wild-type N2 animals.
