Comparison of CD4 (A) and CD8 (B) expansion after stimulation with anti-CD3/CD28 beads (squares) or anti-CD3 (triangles). Beads stimulated significantly greater CD4 expansion than anti-CD3 (p values for statistical significance at each time point is indicated at the top of each box).
