Haplotypes derived from specific locations are prefixed with specific alphabet; J = Jurong Island, M = Mandai Estate and S = Sembawang. Identical sequences are prefixed with identical haplotype (Hap) number. Nucleotide positions are numbered vertically above polymorphic sites. Dots represent identical nucleotide residues and dashes represent deletions. DNA sequences were deposited in Genbank under the accession numbers GU971656 to GU971705.
