Orientation of amino acids 230–250 of DGAT1. Total membranes were prepared from HEK-293T cells expressing FL-DGAT1-Myc with internal HA tags at amino acids position 230, 240, or 250 of DGAT1. Protease protection assays were performed as described in Fig. 3. Samples were analyzed by immunoblotting with anti-FLAG, anti-Myc, anti-HA or anti-PDI antibodies.
