The completion levels of the E. coli sublibrary and the S. cerevisiae library refer to the predicted contents of discrete mutations of a certain kind divided by the number of possible variants. DNA (1) refers to the fraction of all possible single-nucleotide mutations, DNA (2) refers to the fraction of all possible two-nucleotide mutations, and protein (1) refers to the fraction of all possible single-amino-acid mutations. The numbers were calculated using the PEDEL online tool (31).
