Effect of statins on clopidogrel biotransformation. Clopidogrel (40 µM) was co-incubated with different concentrations of statins in the presence of human liver microsomes (HLM). Data are expressed as the percentage clopidogrel biotransformation compared with the biotransformation without inhibitor (100%). Data points consist of five individual determinations.
