The NCGC Informatics Platform. (1) Data are normalized to controls and plate background signatures used to correct for systematic patterns observed in screen. (2) Titration-response curves are created for each channel of data (automated curve fit program is available online at http://www.ncgc.nih.gov/resources/software.html). (3) Curves are classified into full curves, partial curves, single point actives, and inactives. (4) SAR reports are generated for each active chemical series.
