Poly IC–induced IFN-λ production in vivo depends on TLR3 and IFN-IR but not on MyD88 or Cardif. Mice with the indicated genotype were injected i.v. with 100 µg poly IC. After 3–4 h, sera were analyzed for IFN-λ and IFN-α. Circles indicate the results of individual mice, and their total number (n) is indicated in the graph.
