The effects of Ang II and Ang-(1-7) on sFlt1 release at 2 hours and 4 hours of incubation. Normal (n = 21) and preeclamptic (n = 15) chorionic villi were incubated with or without Ang II (1 nM and 1 μM) or Ang-(1-7) (1 nM and 1 μM) and sFlt1 release was measured by ELISA after 2 hours (A) and 4 hours (B) of incubation.
