SIRPα dimerization is enhanced in stimulated adherent human PMNs. Immunoblot of cell lysates from non-cross-linked and cross-linked human blood PMNs stimulated with vehicle, 10−6 m fMLP, or 1 μg/ml of LPS for 20 min at 37 °C after adhesion to plastic tissue culture wells. The cross-linked dimers were detected with polyclonal rabbit antiserum against the SIRPα cytoplasmic tail. Results are representative of one of four independent experiments.
