Effects of BG/TMZ treatment on the intracellular distribution of p21. Nuclear translocation of p21, as determined by the yellow color in the nucleus in superimposed images of p21 (red) and the DAPI-stained nucleus (pseudo blue color), was present in Capan-2 cells but not in Capan-1 cells in response to 30/500 μM BG/TMZ treatment after 48 h.
