Blood and urine were collected from adult age-matched WT and Nogo-A/B KO mice for analysis. Data are presented as the mean ± SD. Serum creatinine (SCr) levels were determined by liquid chromatography at the Mouse Metabolic Phenotyping Center at Yale University. Urine osmolality values were determined in the Yale–New Haven Hospital clinical laboratory. All other values were determined using an Abbott i-Stat machine and EC8+ cartridges. n = 4–6, except when indicated by an asterisk, n = 3–4. No statistically significant differences were observed in the measured parameters between WT and KO mice.
