A: Immunoblotting of lysates of transfected cells was performed with antibodies recognizing p-ERK, ERK, p-p38, p38, p-JNK, JNK, and tubulin. B: Immunoblotting of lysates of transfected cells with p-PKB, PKB, and tubulin antibodies. Replicate sets of lysates were loaded on gels, and then immunoblots were cut and probed independently with antibodies.
