(A) ID8 cells were cultured as described in Materials and Methods, and incubated with either apoA-I mimetic peptides L-4F (10 μg/mL; 4.12 μM) or LPA at a concentration 5, 10, or 20 μM, or cells treated with both L-4F and LPA for 48 h.
