Aortic arch donors were Apoe^–/– mice transplanted with BM from Apoe^–/– (A; n = 10), Nr1h3^–/–Apoe^–/– (B; n = 8), or Nr1h2^–/–Apoe^–/– (C; n = 7) donors. After 16 weeks of Western diet consumption, arches were transplanted into WT recipients, and the indicated morphometric analyses were performed. *P < 0.05 versus baseline.
