Values obtained for the exponents α, z, and z′ from the simulations for different values of Pm and Pa (third, fourth, and sixth columns, respectively). They are independent of the quantity of spent outer segment disks entering the cell per unit of time, ε. The fifth column is the value of z′ given by the difference of α and z [Eq. (5)] and shows a good agreement with the numerical estimates of the exponent (sixth column). In all cases a convincing data collapse of the cluster size distributions could be obtained using the values for θ=2−α/z (last column).
