Effect of taurine on the expression of Bim and CHOP/GADD153 in H2O2-treated PC12 cells. PC12 cells were treated with or without 25 mM taurine before treatment with or without 250 uM H2O2 for 4 hours followed by Western blot analysis with anti- Bim or anti-CHOP/GADD153 antibodies.
