According to Equation (4), biological conditions are assigned to FMRMs based on a hypergeometric distribution. The significant results are given in this table. The size of population is 92, the number of each draw is 5% of the population, i.e. 5. ci is the number of samples belonging to each condition, which include both over- and underexpressed status. x denotes the observed number of samples with the assigned biological condition in each draw. FMRM# is the module number corresponding to the number in Figure 2.
