Specific cell growth rate (μ), specific glucose and glutamine consumption rates (QGlc, QGln), specific lactate and ammonia production rates (QLac, QAmm) and yield coefficients of lactate to glucose and ammonia to glutamine (YLac/Glc,YAmm/Gln) were determined in seven CCO cell cultures with different medium compositions.
