The mean closed time (τc) was prolonged by CFTRinh-172 (τc = 637.3 ± 59.2 ms in the absence of CFTRinh-172 and 2,580.5 ± 623.4 ms in the presence of 5 µM CFTRinh-172). For channels opened with P-ATP, τc = 670.8 ± 55.8 ms and 2,058.3 ± 254.2 ms in the absence and presence of CFTRinh-172, respectively.
