Measure 2 Proportion of cardiovascular and non-cardiovascular complications during admission
Measure 3 Proportion of ACE inhibitor (ACE-I)/angiotensin receptor blocker use before discharge in the patients with depressed left ventricular (LV) function but no contraindications (LV ejection fraction less than 45%)
Measure 4 Proportion of aspirin use before discharge in the patients without contraindications
