Tumor oxygenation (average ± SE) was measured at 180 min after PDT (75 mW/cm2, 200 J/cm2) or control light treatment (N = 3 per group). Motexafin lutetium was injected at 10 mg/kg at 180 min prior to tissue collection or light delivery.
