The former (i.e., 0.002 mg/L) is the control standard for the groundwater within the protection zone of drinking water sources. The latter (i.e., 0.02 mg/L) is the control standard for the groundwater sources except for the protection zone of drinking water sources.
The “skin” notation indicates that the contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes can contribute to the overall exposure.
