Peyer's patch dendritic cells (PP DCs) have distinct gene expression profile of Toll-like receptor (TLR) regulatory proteins compared with spleen DCs. AutoMACS-separated CD11c⁺ spleen and PP DCs were cultured in vitro for 5 hr with or without lipopolysaccharide (LPS; 1 μg/ml). Gene expression of tmed1, socs1, irak1, tollip, sigirr and irak3 was determined as a fold induction compared with the β-actin housekeeper. Bars represent mean ± SEM.
