Apoptosis-associated miRNAs are modulated during mouse NS cell differentiation. Expression of specific proapoptotic (miR-16, let-7a and miR-34a) and antiapoptotic miRNAs (miR-20a and miR-19a) were analyzed by quantitative Real Time-PCR from 10 ng of total RNA using specific Taqman primers and GAPDH for normalization. *p < 0.05, †p < 0.01 and §p < 0.001 compared to day 0 (undifferentiated cells). Expression levels were calculated by the ΔΔCt method using undifferentiated cells as calibrator. Data represent mean ± SEM of four independent experiments.
