Bio-DOPA-α-factor analog chemical cross-linking into Ste2p. Cell membranes containing wild-type Ste2p were incubated with Bio-DOPA analog alone or with Bio-DOPA analog in the presence of 100-fold wild-type α-factor, antagonist, or BSA. The samples were resolved on 10% SDS-PAGE and probed with anti-FLAG (A) to detect Ste2p and with Na-HRP (B) to detect the biotin tag on Bio-DOPA1-α-factor.
