GAPDH was used as loading control. The quantitative summarization of Western blots demonstrates that BMP4 can suppress CRMP2 protein expression in primary cortical cells. B, quantification of CRMP2 mRNA levels by quantitative RT-PCR shows that the transcription of CRMP2 is suppressed by BMP4 when primary cortical cells were treated with BMP4.
