τ1, τ2, A1, A2 represent the time constants and amplitudes of recovery from slow inactivation and ultra-slow inactivation, respectively. Because of the small amplitude of recovery from I_US in wild type and K1237E/I1575, τ2 was fixed at 120 s during the curve-fitting procedure. Also, because of the small number of data points accounting for τ1, the presented values should be regarded as rough estimates.
