Exophytic	Tumor-like appearance with an irregular or polypoid mass
Hypertrophic	Large or giant folds; nodular pattern
Mixed	A combination of more than one pattern
Petechial haemorrhage	Presence of several mucosal petechial haemorrhages
Normal/hyperaemic	Normal appearing mucosa/hyperaemic changes
