Various clinicopathological factors, including gender, age, site, the number of sites (Number of sites), location, the number of locations (Number of locations), tumor size, macroscopic type, and histological type were evaluated for any independent contributions to No. 10 LN metastasis, depth of invasion (Depth), invasion of lymph vessel (Ly), venous invasion (V), stromal volume, pattern of tumor infiltration (INF), N factor (N), the number of lymph nodes with positive metastasis (Number of N), and stage using the χ2 test. Age, Number of sites, Location, Depth, Ly, N, Number of N, and Stage were found to differ significantly between the Positive Group and the Negative Group (P = 0.017, P = 0.008, P < 0.001, P = 0.017, P = 0.008, P < 0.001, P = 0.003, and P < 0.001, respectively).
