Cytotoxic activity of human γδ T cells against tumour cells K562 is dependent on Gs proteins. γδ T cells were pre-incubated with or without cholera toxin (0.5 µg·mL−1) or Pertussis toxin (100 ng·mL−1) for 1 h at 37°C.
