RvE1 blocks acid-induced PMN recruitment into the lung. Mice received vehicle (Veh; 0.9% saline) or RvE1 (100 ng) i.v. followed 30 min later by intratracheal instillation of PBS (pH 7.4) or HCl (pH 1.0) into the left lung. After 12 h, BALF was collected.
