(A) The subject degree map reflects the consistency across subjects of the highest degree nodes (top 25% in orange and yellow) and lowest degree nodes (bottom 75% in blue and green) across subjects. Reproducibility was relatively uniform across the brain for L and E_glob (C,E). Comparing the subject map to the ICC(1) maps shows that reproducibility was only high in for C, E_loc, and K in regions that consistently exhibited hubs across the study population (B,D,F). In all cases, smoothing resulted in higher and more uniform reproducibility.
