Mz-ChA-1 cells were incubated with 20 µM felodipine for 72 hours. RNA was then extracted and gene expression analysis was performed as indicated in the methods section. Gene Ontology (GO) analysis was performed by using the XRAY software. A set of differentially expressed genes were found to be significantly over-represented in groups of the Gene Ontology Biological Process and Pathway classes (p<0.01).
