5TGM1-Luc cells were injected intravenously into mice on day 0. Treatment was started on day 12 after tumor inoculation and consisted of Dex and/or 153-Sm-EDTMP treatments as described in Materials and Methods. BLI signals from the entire abdominal area were calculated using the software Living Image (Xenogen). The data represent averaged luminescence intensity from six mice per group (±SD) and are displayed as photons per second after normalizing for the baseline luminescence intensity acquired from normal healthy mice.
