P < 0.001 for every value obtained at 3 or 6 months for both subgroups when compared with baseline values. p 0.001 was observed also when comparing values obtained from the hyalubrix^® group with those from the mepivacaine group at 3 months, while P < 0.05 was observed when comparing values obtained from the Hyalubrix^® group with those from the mepivacaine group at 6 months.
