Phylogenetic tree constructed using partial VP1 gene sequences of chimpanzee polyomaviruses. Sequence alignments were made by using MacVector version 10.6. Phylogenetic analysis was performed by the Neighbor-Joining method as implemented in MEGA version 4 [25].
