For family RP50, the comparison between the readings taken at an earlier and later time points, point toward the rapid progression of the disease. Current age is indicated in the table while the age at the time of diagnosis for individuals IV:4 and IV:6 from RP50 were 40 and 38 years and for IV:3 and IV:4 from family W09–0046, were 46 and 40, respectively.
