Activation of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway increases reprograming but not spontaneous cell fusion. (A): Schematic representation of the experimental plan. ESCs without and with treatment with Wnt3a or BIO were DiD stained and cocultured with DiO-stained NS-Oct4-puro cells. The cells were then divided for FACS or reprograming determinations.
