Performance status	Description
0	Fully active and able to function without restriction
1	Unable to perform physically strenuous activities, but ambulatory and able to complete work of a light or sedentary nature
2	Ambulatory and capable of all self-care but unable to complete work activities. Up and about more than 50% of waking hours
3	Capable of only limited self-care and/or confined to a bed or chair for more than 50% of waking hours
4	Completely disabled. Unable to manage any self-care. Totally confined to a bed or chair
