FCGR genotypic variants (FCGR2A H131R and FCGR3A F158V) were studied in HIV progressors, NVS as well as HIV negative controls. Genotypic and allelic frequencies of rs396991 and rs1801274 are shown. The genotypic frequencies of the HIV sero-negative patients are in Hardy-Weinberg equillibrium.
