Samples are loaded as follows: lane 1: molecular weight marker, lane 2: native Nictaba from tobacco; lane 3: recombinant Nictaba; lane 4: Nictaba mutant 1; lane 5: Nictaba mutant 2; lane 6: Nictaba mutant 3.
