PBL were preincubated for 24 hours in 1% BSA with and without (control) 1 μg FK/mL medium.

After preincubation and washings, control and experimental cells were incubated with 1 and 4 × 10⁻⁷ mol/L, a and b respectively, concentrations of FK for one hour. The FK content in the cells was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
