Table 2.

Summary of parameters measured following sedation administration. T = time the parameter was measured where T = 0 represents the time of maximal sedative effect and T = 15 and T = 30 are 15 and 30 min later than T = 0, respectively. Heart rate values are separated out because of significant differences identified during statistical analysis at different times. No such differences were identified with the other parameters measured so the data have been grouped all together.
