There are four functions for users to obtain data: key word query, batch accession number download, Blast search against all the proteins in PathLocdb and also browse all the data from different features such as subcellular localization. By typing accession numbers, users can get the multiple sequences in PathLocdb at one retrieve. And in browser menu, users could browse data hierarchically.
