Heat stress induces Hsp-72 in vitro using cell lines. Western blots comparing the endogenous expression of Hsp-60, Hsc-70, and Hsp-72 in liver and lung cell lines. GADPH was used as internal control to correct for loading efficiency. The autoradiographs were scanned, and the relative intensity of Hsp-72 was determined after GAPDH correction.
