Basal levels of HSP70 protein in schistosome-resistant and schistosome-susceptible snail haemocytes are similar. a An equal number of haemocytes (approximately 1 × 105 cells) from each snail strain were lysed and the proteins processed for western blotting with anti-HSP70 antibodies (upper panel).
